The SEQEX® device traces its origins to research conducted in the mid-1970s by scientist W.R. Adey who discovered that it is possible to stimulate biological ions in living beings through the use of electromagnetic fields of very low intensity and frequency.In the following years, Carl Blackman, a scientist at the U.S. EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) discovered that these results depended critically on the direction of application of electromagnetic fields.In 1984, Prof. A.R. Liboff, interested at the time in the biological effects of cosmic radiation, hypothesized that Adey’s and Blackman’s findings could be easily explained by assuming that the Earth’s magnetic field or Geomagnetic Field interacted with the applied variable fields producing a phenomenon known as Cyclotron Ionorisonance directly within tissues.
Based on these discoveries, Abraham Liboff and a number of researchers in the fields of physics, medicine and biology created the first Seqex prototype an innovative technology for the emission of electromagnetic fields for therapeutic purposes, called Ion Resonance.
SEQEX HC
SEQEX® HC is an electromedical device for ion resonance applications, through a Card, each for a specific treatment.
The treatment is applied by means of a mat, in which the control panel is integrated; other optional applicators can be used simultaneously with the mat by connecting them to the appropriate connector on the device. SEQEX® HC is suitable for use in a home environment, placed on the floor, a couch or a bed.
