Ethiopia Raw Coffee

Ethiopian coffee is among the most highly regarded in the world and comes from one of the birthplaces of coffee.

It is almost exclusively Arabica.

It is known for its complex aromatic profile, with floral and fruity notes, a bright acidity, and generally a light to medium body. In the cup, it is elegant, fragrant, and very distinctive.

Natural coffee with a full body and low acidity, featuring a simple yet intense profile.

It delivers a round and consistent cup, with earthy and chocolatey notes, typical of natural processing from the Djimmah region.

ETHIOPIA SIDAMO GRADE 2

Highly aromatic coffee with a medium body and a bright, vibrant acidity.

It stands out for its complex and elegant profile, with floral and fruity notes typical of high-quality Sidamo coffees, resulting in a refined and fragrant cup.

    RAW COFFEE ETHIOPIA

    Ethiopia, the country of origin of Coffea Arabica, is the largest coffee producer of Africa and the 7th largest producer in the world.

    Coffee varieties differ according to the area where they are cultivated and among these we find:
    Limu and Djimmah: coming from the west of the country, these coffees are processed using the washed (Limu) or natural (Djimmah) method.
    Sidamo: coming from the south of the country, a mainly mountainous territory, this coffee is cultivated at about 1600/1900 meters above sea level and it is considered the most precious Ethiopian coffee.
