Ethiopia Raw Coffee

Ethiopian coffee is among the most highly regarded in the world and comes from one of the birthplaces of coffee.

It is almost exclusively Arabica.

It is known for its complex aromatic profile, with floral and fruity notes, a bright acidity, and generally a light to medium body. In the cup, it is elegant, fragrant, and very distinctive.
