Very fragrant coffee, with medium body and characteristically high acidity.
ETIOPIA DJMMAH GR.5
Natural coffee with good body and low acidity.
Ethiopia, the country of origin of Coffea Arabica, is the largest coffee producer of Africa and the 7th largest producer in the world.
Coffee varieties differ according to the area where they are cultivated and among these we find:
Limu and Djimmah: coming from the west of the country, these coffees are processed using the washed (Limu) or natural (Djimmah) method.
Sidamo: coming from the south of the country, a mainly mountainous territory, this coffee is cultivated at about 1600/1900 meters above sea level and it is considered the most precious Ethiopian coffee.
